Fresh lime blossom on the nose with a driving mineral acidity on the palate. This dry style Riesling is complex and layered and ages well over time.
Ironrock is sourced from our Penn Road Vineyard in the region of Kalgan, roughly 40km North East of Albany WA. The vines are settled on our undulating property with the Kalgan river running along the bottom property line. Large deposits of iron-ore give this vineyard a mineral character with unparalleled fruit quality. Penn Road is designed to grow premium dry grown fruit resulting in smaller bunches of intense flavour.
