Meyer lemon, quince flowers, richly textured, acid crunch, long finish. Vibrant, textural, fresh and racy.
Vermentino is an Italian Variety, with the most notable coming from Sardinia. It is a vibrant aromatic white which pairs very well with food especially seafood and Mediterranean food.
Grown in Frankland River (Great Southern) the grapes were pressed, clarified and fermented in stainless steel. This dry wine was matured on ferment lees for 2 month creating texture and mouth feel. The wine was bottled will limited maturation to capture the lively aromatics.
Vermentino is a variety that is great to drink youthful whilst its aromatics are fresh and bright, but also ages wonderfully with the aid of the natural acidity.

Generally, these will be single vintage limited releases where we make standout wine from exclusive small parcels of fruit that wont be around for a long time.
